We went to the Museam of Modern Art and then had dinner at the South Street seaport. I am also adding a few shots I took on 7/31.

Streets of NYC with Jean-Yves Hudon. 7/1/2008
Jean-Yves (Ifocus) came to NYC for vacation. I got to meet he and his lovely wife and daugher. We got to spend the afternoon sightseeing and taking pictures. It was really nice meeting them and I had a fantastic time. Come back anytime!

I'm still really enjoying this. I wanted to be more interactive with people this time and focus on taking portraits, but I guess I still am not that comfortable. Better than last time and hopefully even better next time.

Hopefully this will be the first of many trips into New York. A full day consisting of a trip to a museam (International Center of Phtography), followed by taking my camera for a (long) walk. Although this is my first attempt at street photography it really reminded me of taking candid pictures for the yearbook when I was in high school. ...
